Our AEC Exhibition is one of the best around because it gives you dedicated opportunities and space to make connections and find leads. We provide:
- An Exhibition Grand Opening event with no other competing events or sessions
- A meal in the exhibit hall to encourage attendees to engage with you
- Beverage breaks in the exhibit hall to attract conference attendees
- Options for interactive displays and demonstrations to engage attendees
Exhibitor Benefits
As an exhibitor at our AEC, we provide everything you need to share your products and promote your services. As an exhibitor you will receive:
- A 10' x 10' space with back drape and side drape, a 2' x 6' covered and skirted display table, two chairs, and a wastebasket
- Two full conference registrations (access to approximately 200 educational sessions, the Exhibition Grand Opening, and social events)
- Carpeted ballroom exhibit hall with security
- Visibility by being listed as an exhibitor on the conference app
- Preconference attendee mailing list
